Students

The PURPOSE of Plenty Parklands Primary School is to educate children as lifelong learners to shape a better Australia.

At Plenty Parklands we work towards maximising each student's ability to:

  • have agency and voice in their own learning,
  • be highly literate and numerate,
  • develop a passion for learning,
  • be supported risk takers who show kindness to others; and
  • practise the school values in everyday living.

 The school has a number of programs to support students in their academic, social and emotional growth, including Literacy and Numeracy Support Programs, Numeracy Extension Program, Language Support Program, English as an Additional Language Program and Wellbeing Programs. Our Prep students have access to an Oral Language program and participate in the Perceptual Motor Program on a weekly basis. We also provide an extensive range of co-curricular activities including the biennial concert, band, choir, community projects, camping program and numerous sporting activities.
