National Day of Action Against Bullying and Violence
Today our school is taking a stand together for the National Day of Action against Bullying and Violence. Around two million students from 4575 Australian schools stand united to send a powerful message that bullying and violence are never okay. Students will be participating in a variety of activities related to developing good social relationships, bullying and cyberbullying. Yesterday our year 5 and 6 students participated in an online virtual classroom where they were asked to imagine a future free from cyber bullying and what they can do towards achieving this. Don’t forget to book for our CyberSafety Parent Forum with Susan Mclean on Thursday 26th April. Susan is a very knowledgeable and engaging speaker who will address what it is like growing up online and what are kids are actually doing online.
